| How do I add products to my order? |
After you log in, proceed to the
Order Products page.
Select a manufacturer from the drop down menu, then click the submit button.
After the page reloads, you will see
an "Add" button, "1" for quantity, followed by "to my order" to the right of each product.
Enter the quantity
of the item you wish to add, then click "Add". You will be redirected
to a page that confirms the item was added to your order.

| How do I change the quantity of an item or remove it from my order? |
From any page click
"Review Order".
You will see all the items
you have added to your order. To change the quantity of any item, change the number
in the quantity field next to that item then click the "Update
Order" button. To remove an item, change the quantity to "0" then
click the "Update Order" button.

| How do I change my user name and/or password? |
Go to "Account Information".
To change your user name, type in your new user name and your password where indicated, then click "update my info".
To change your password, type in your new password where indicated, then click "update my info".
By default, if you do not update your account information with a valid e-mail address you will not
be able to view or add products to your order. If you do not update your account information with a
question and answer, you will not be able to retrieve your password on line.

| What web browser should I use? |
This site is designed and optimized for use with for use with versions 6.0 and higher of
Micorsoft's Internet Explorer
at a screen resolution of 800x600 and higher.
If you are using a web browser other than Micorsoft's Internet Explorer or do not have JavaScript, Style Sheets, and Cookies enabled, pages may not
be viewed as intended and functions may be inoperative. Dealer pages can only be accessed with Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
with JavaScript, Cookies, and Style Sheets enabled.

| Can I have a separate account for my buyer or store manager? |
Yes. E-mail or
phone
your Eagle contact authorizing the new user along with the store locations
he or she has authority to make purchases. We will
set up a separate account and e-mail you with the new user's user name and
password.

| How do I remove access for a former employee? |
E-mail or

your Eagle contact un authorizing the existing user. We will
remove them and e-mail you with a confirmation.

Go to "Request an RA",
then follow the instructions on that page.

| How do I add store/ship to locations? |

| Why did my session expire? |
Anytime there is no activity for a period of 20 minutes or more, your session will expire and all items that may
have been added to your order will be removed. This is to prevent
other people from using your account in case you forget to log out or leave your computer unattended.
